Our Conference Performance Analyzer (CPA) is an online, interactive assessment tool to help association professionals determine the performance of their annual conference.

The assessment is based on more than a decade of data we’ve accumulated from association conferences around the world. We’ve identified the critical factors that can turn a run-of-the-mill conference into an over-performing conference

This is a free and confidential assessment that takes only about 15 minutes to complete.  After the system has recorded all of your responses,  they are immediately ranked against baseline attributes and presented on an easy to read chart.  A record of the questions and your responses is also provided.

A more detailed analysis, including observations and recommendations, will be sent to you through e-mail about ten days after you complete the online assessment.
